Any confirmation number issued by a third party booking site is not proof that we have accepted your booking.No bookingis definite until we acknowledge the booking to you in writing and payment has been processed for the same.
To make a booking definite we require a method of payment supplied in advance.By submitting your credit card details online you authorise us to charge the total booking to your card, we shall attempt to process card authorisation on our secure server at the time of booking.If you do not provide your credit card details including card holder address at the time of booking or authorisation is not successful you will need to contact the hotel reception to discuss other options.

Check-in time is set as 2pm. If a room is cancelled less than five days (120 hours) in advance any prepaid deposit is forfeited.If a refundable booking is modified or cancelled beyond the free cancellation period up to five nights accommodation will be charged.If cancelled on the day of arrival or is a no show the full accommodation amount will be charged. Non-refundable bookings incur a 100% cancellation fee. Any refund if applicable will be made back to payment form used at the time of booking, less a 5% (minimum £5.00) processing fee. A booking made on a third party website may have a different cancellation policy. Please refer to other cancellation terms for special dates.
